Project-specific drafting

Project-specific roadworks ITP preparation

Send the package scope, controlled roadworks drawings, adopted contract specifications and editions, lot/testing and survey requirements, interfaces and contractor form. We organise the project-defined work sequence and evidence.

USD 99 per defined work package · Excel, Word and PDF · Within 24 hours after payment and the required project files are complete and usable

The work package we prepare

One customer-defined roadworks package from controlled project documents, which may include documented pavement, drainage, kerb, structures, signage or other road assets. The public starting point is road pavement construction; the paid package follows actual boundaries, systems and source-defined acceptance criteria.

The free baseline is deliberately bounded and is not a national specification. Paid drafting can cover other roadworks when the applicable design, contract requirements, acceptance basis and interfaces are supplied. We do not design, construct, sample/test, survey, inspect or accept the work.

Documents that make the plan specific

Upload the files as they are. You do not need to extract clauses or rewrite them into a brief. Include the mandatory contractor form if you have one.

Contract drawings and package schedule
Identify assets, chainages, lots, stages, limits, tie-ins, design revisions and approved changes.
Adopted contract/authority specifications
Provide exact documents and editions, project amendments, material sources and acceptance criteria applicable to this package.
Lot, inspection, testing and survey requirements
Supply lot definitions, nominated methods, frequencies, survey datum/controls, reporting and failure/retest processes.
Interfaces and contractor quality form
Identify utility/drainage and other trade interfaces, responsible testing/survey parties, notices, hold/witness roles and as-built deliverables.

How requirements become checks and records

The sequence below explains the document workflow. It contains no engineering thresholds or completed inspection results.

Work stageWhat the ITP resolvesWhat the blank record captures later
Formation release and first layerTie chainage/lot limits to the released receiving surface and project-controlled survey/test evidence.Capture lot, source revision, receiving-surface handover, survey/report references and unresolved issues.
Layer placement and compliance evidenceMap each specified material/layer to source-defined construction and acceptance controls.Record chainage/layer, material source, actual supplied test/report references, failures, rework and retest links.
Surfacing interface and handoverConnect the defined surfacing boundary, joints/tie-ins and supplied completion requirements to closeout.Capture limits, survey/as-built references, inspection evidence, defects and handover status.

What you receive

If the documents are incomplete or conflict

For example, chainages may be clear while the governing specification edition, lot rule or acceptance method is missing. We identify the missing source and do not invent pavement thickness, compaction percentage, test frequency or authority release.

Project document precedence and approved revisions control the plan. Drafting does not confer engineering approval, certify compliance or guarantee contractor acceptance.
