Delivery and urgent requests

First delivery within 24 hours after payment and receipt of complete required project files. Weekends and public holidays included. Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

If essential information is missing, we will identify what is needed through your order page and confirm the delivery timing. Any different timing for a changed scope is agreed with you first.

What you receive

USD 99 covers one agreed work package:

• A project-specific ITP with work stages, checks, methods, source references, responsibilities and the criteria and control points established by your supplied documents.
• Matching blank inspection records for the agreed checks.
• Excel, Word and PDF files, with your supplied contractor format used where agreed.
• Clearly identified items requiring project confirmation.

We organise the requirements in your submitted project files and flag design values or technical requirements that need confirmation. Review the draft against your project details before submitting it to the owner or head contractor; acceptance follows their project requirements and review process. Feedback within the agreed scope can be addressed through the revision service below.

Two free revision rounds within 14 days

You can request up to 2 free revision rounds within 14 calendar days of the first delivery. One round means one consolidated set of comments followed by an updated version. Please collect related comments together and send them through your order page or to itp@cavoren.net, quoting your order reference.

Included changes cover wording, layout, inspection sequence, responsibility labels and owner or head-contractor comments within the original work package that can be addressed using the originally supplied requirements. Minor clarifications from additional files can also be included where they do not require substantial redrafting.

Our errors and omissions are corrected free and do not use a revision round. This includes missed requirements in the files supplied for the agreed scope, incorrect references and file or formatting errors. The revision window does not limit corrections to our errors.

Additional trades, areas or separate work packages, substantial changes to drawings or specifications, and extra revision rounds are assessed separately. We explain any additional scope, price and timing for your agreement before proceeding. Revisions are normally returned within 24 hours of complete feedback; larger changes are scheduled with you.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before drafting starts: you may cancel for a full refund.
• If we cannot undertake the agreed scope: we will tell you and provide a full refund.
• If you cancel after drafting has started: we explain the work completed and refund the unused portion of the fee.
• If something is wrong with the delivery: contact us with the affected file or requirement. We correct errors free. For a major problem or one that cannot be adequately resolved, an appropriate partial or full refund is available.
• If we miss the agreed first-delivery deadline: where the delay is our responsibility and you have not agreed to an extension, you may choose to wait or cancel the undelivered order for a full refund.
• If you simply change your mind after a delivery that meets the agreed scope: a refund is normally unavailable; the included revision service remains available.

Request a cancellation or refund through your order page or by email, with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Project files and final acceptance

Your project material is not published, sold or displayed without permission. We retain the required uploaded documents and forms during review and revisions. Confirm final acceptance after you have reviewed the delivery and completed any requested changes.

After you confirm final acceptance, uploaded project documents and supplied forms are removed from order access and deleted from our project storage within 24 hours. Delivery files, order messages and payment records are kept separately for order access and administration. If you request a further correction after the source files have been deleted, we may ask you to resend the relevant documents; this does not remove the included revision or error-correction support.
