Project-specific drafting

Project-specific tiling ITP preparation

Send the package scope, controlled drawings, finish and product schedules, substrate handovers and contractor form. We map supplied requirements to checks and records for the actual surfaces and systems.

USD 99 per defined work package · Excel, Word and PDF · Within 24 hours after payment and the required project files are complete and usable

The work package we prepare

One customer-defined tiling package built from controlled project documents. The public starting point is ordinary internal ceramic or porcelain wall and floor tiling; the paid plan follows the documented package, materials, locations and interfaces. Waterproofing design, installation and covering release remain with their assigned parties.

The paid package follows the scope and criteria in your supplied project documents, including a customer-defined system where documented. Public free baselines cover a narrower ordinary internal scope. We do not design substrates or waterproofing, perform installation or inspection, select an unprovided compliance pathway, or certify acceptance. Stone, external façades, pools and specialist systems need their own defined source documents and scope.

Documents that make the plan specific

Upload the files as they are. You do not need to extract clauses or rewrite them into a brief. Include the mandatory contractor form if you have one.

Room schedule and controlled drawings
Identify rooms/areas, wall and floor extents, setting-out, tile schedule, edges, openings, transitions and approved revisions.
Substrate and waterproofing handover
Provide substrate acceptance records, relevant wet-area details, waterproofing system documents and the assigned pre-cover/covering responsibilities.
Specified tiles, adhesives, grout and movement details
Supply approved product schedules and instructions, project criteria and any required samples/mock-up approvals. Do not rely on product names alone for criteria.
Contractor form and inspection responsibilities
Include the required ITP/record format, package boundaries, inspection roles, notices, defect/rework process and handover records.

How requirements become checks and records

The sequence below explains the document workflow. It contains no engineering thresholds or completed inspection results.

Work stageWhat the ITP resolvesWhat the blank record captures later
Room and substrate readinessMap room IDs and the approved substrate/waterproofing handover to the work release checks.Capture room, drawing revisions, incoming records, observed condition, open interfaces and assigned release reference.
Set-out and tile fixingTie the tile schedule, set-out details and approved installation/product requirements to the fixing sequence.Record room/face, product/batch references where required, set-out evidence, installation observations, photos and issues.
Grout, movement interfaces and handoverMap specified grout/joint details, protection and completion criteria to the closeout sequence.Capture completed area, applicable observations, defects/rechecks, protection status and handover evidence.

What you receive

If the documents are incomplete or conflict

For example, a room schedule may establish areas while approved adhesive instructions or the substrate handover is missing. We flag that input and leave unsupported criteria unresolved; we do not invent adhesive coverage, lippage limits, joint spacing or release rights.

Project document precedence and approved revisions control the plan. Drafting does not confer engineering approval, certify compliance or guarantee contractor acceptance.
