Project-specific drafting

Project-specific fire protection ITP preparation

Send the package scope, approved fire protection drawings, adopted project requirements, equipment/product documents, test/report responsibilities and contractor form. We map system stages and preserve their design, test and commissioning interfaces.

USD 99 per defined work package · Excel, Word and PDF · Within 24 hours after payment and the required project files are complete and usable

The work package we prepare

One customer-defined fire protection package built from controlled project sources. The public starting point is sprinkler distribution piping; paid scope may include other documented fire systems such as hydrants, hose reels, pumps or alarms/detection, as defined by the customer and project sources.

The public baseline does not supply design or generic acceptance criteria. We prepare documents from the provided approved design and adopted project requirements; fire engineering, design, installation, testing, commissioning and statutory certification remain with the assigned and authorised parties.

Documents that make the plan specific

Upload the files as they are. You do not need to extract clauses or rewrite them into a brief. Include the mandatory contractor form if you have one.

Approved fire system design and coordinated drawings
Identify systems/zones, equipment, routes, interfaces, coverage as designed and current approved revisions.
Adopted project requirements and equipment documents
Supply the applicable project source/edition, approved design clarifications, selected products and installation instructions.
System interfaces and responsibilities
Include mechanical/electrical/controls interfaces, fire stopping, monitoring connections and assigned trade boundaries as documented.
Test, commissioning and contractor form requirements
Identify required evidence, source-defined criteria, coverage, performer/report owner, defects/retest and review roles.

How requirements become checks and records

The sequence below explains the document workflow. It contains no engineering thresholds or completed inspection results.

Work stageWhat the ITP resolvesWhat the blank record captures later
Material and zone identificationTie delivered pipe/fittings and approved revisions to the installed sprinkler zone.Capture zone, material references, certificates where required, approved substitutions and traceability.
Supports, joints and penetrationsConnect installation checks to approved drawings and instructions, preserving fire-stopping and other trade interfaces.Record location/joint IDs, observed installation, supporting evidence, defects and corrective references.
Test evidence and handoverIndex the project-required report from the assigned testing party against the system/zone and applicable source.Capture report/revision, stated coverage, unresolved items, retest links and handover status; actual test values remain sourced from the original report.

What you receive

If the documents are incomplete or conflict

For example, an approved layout may define a zone while the adopted acceptance source, equipment data or test-report owner is absent. We flag that input query and do not invent pressure, duration, coverage, system design or certification.

Project document precedence and approved revisions control the plan. Drafting does not confer engineering approval, certify compliance or guarantee contractor acceptance.
