The work package we prepare
One customer-defined construction package under the Other order category. The product may cover a specialised or combined trade scope when boundaries, controlling requirements and interfaces are supplied and can be documented.
This page supplies no generic technical sequence or criteria. Where source documents do not establish a required method, threshold, acceptance role or interface, we flag the gap for customer confirmation. We do not design, construct, test, inspect, certify or approve the work.
Documents that make the plan specific
Upload the files as they are. You do not need to extract clauses or rewrite them into a brief. Include the mandatory contractor form if you have one.
- Package brief and controlled drawings
- Define the asset, location, work boundaries, stages, interfaces and current approved revisions.
- Specifications, procedures and design basis
- Provide the actual adopted requirements, approved methods, product instructions, design/engineering releases and referenced editions.
- Acceptance, test and evidence requirements
- Supply project criteria, inspection/test methods, lot/coverage rules, source owners and failure/retest requirements.
- Contractor form, roles and handover
- Identify who performs and reviews each check, contractual notices, release rights and required closeout records.
How requirements become checks and records
The sequence below explains the document workflow. It contains no engineering thresholds or completed inspection results.
| Work stage | What the ITP resolves | What the blank record captures later |
|---|---|---|
| Translate scope into boundaries | Use the customer brief and controlled drawings to identify included stages and excluded interfaces. | Capture package/asset IDs, locations, revisions, incoming approvals and open scope questions. |
| Map each source requirement to a check | Reference each criterion to its actual source and assign the documented timing, method and responsible role. | Capture the source reference, location/lot, later observation/result, evidence and any issue/recheck. |
| Index completion evidence | Map each required report, inspection record and handover to the defined package closeout. | Record original evidence IDs, revisions, coverage, outstanding items and the assigned handover status. |
What you receive
- A scoped custom ITP with inspection steps, methods, project criteria and source references, timing/frequency where supplied, responsibilities and the project control-point legend.
- Matching blank field records for the agreed checks, including actual observation, evidence, issue, recheck and sign-off fields.
- Excel, Word and PDF, with document control and specific open confirmations. Actual measurements, test results and signatures remain blank.
- Your supplied contractor form used where its format is required, with its required structure retained. Source documents and paid standards are not redistributed as part of the package.
If the documents are incomplete or conflict
For example, the package brief may establish physical boundaries while the project specification, test method or acceptance owner is missing. We identify the exact missing input and do not manufacture a trade sequence, technical criteria, legal pathway or result.
Project document precedence and approved revisions control the plan. Drafting does not confer engineering approval, certify compliance or guarantee contractor acceptance.
