Project-specific drafting

Project-specific civil works ITP preparation

Civil contracts combine different systems. Send the package scope, controlled drawings, adopted specifications, geotechnical/design documents and contractor form. We first identify the actual work package, then map its own requirements and interfaces.

The work package we prepare

One customer-defined civil package with a named asset, location, limits and acceptance sources. Civil work is split by actual deliverable system (for example earthworks, drainage, road pavement or concrete); this service does not treat those as interchangeable or assume every package uses the same sequence.

There is no generic civil technical baseline in this service. Paid drafting begins from supplied project-controlled criteria; missing design, geotechnical or authority requirements are raised for confirmation. We do not provide design, survey, construction, testing, inspection, certification or approval.

Documents that make the plan specific

Upload the files as they are. You do not need to extract clauses or rewrite them into a brief. Include the mandatory contractor form if you have one.

Package definition and controlled civil drawings
Name the asset/system, chainage or area limits, drawing revisions, interfaces, design release and approved changes.
Project specifications and design basis
Provide the exact adopted contract/authority documents and editions, design reports, geotechnical basis and project amendments relevant to the package.
Inspection, survey and test evidence requirements
Include lot and acceptance rules, nominated methods, source-defined criteria, survey controls, report owners and failure/retest process.
Responsibilities, forms and handover
Supply contractor format, package interfaces, assigned inspection/release roles, notice points, defect management and required as-built/dossier contents.

How requirements become checks and records

The sequence below explains the document workflow. It contains no engineering thresholds or completed inspection results.

Work stageWhat the ITP resolvesWhat the blank record captures later
Define package and receiving handoverUse the supplied scope and drawings to establish asset limits, source revisions, prerequisites and responsible interfaces.Capture asset/location/chainage, applicable revision, incoming release records and unresolved dependencies.
Build checks from each controlling sourceMap each actual work stage to the project criterion and named evidence source; split distinct civil systems into their own stages.Provide one record row per check with location/lot, source reference, actual evidence, result field and issue/recheck linkage.
Closeout and evidence indexConnect supplied test, survey, inspection and as-built records to the defined asset/package boundary.Index original report identifiers, coverage, revisions, open items and assigned handover decision without manufacturing results.

What you receive

If the documents are incomplete or conflict

For example, a drawing may identify a drainage asset while the adopted acceptance source, geotechnical release or lot boundary is missing. We list that input query and draft only supported stages. We do not invent civil criteria, dimensions, frequencies, authorities or test outcomes.

Project document precedence and approved revisions control the plan. Drafting does not confer engineering approval, certify compliance or guarantee contractor acceptance.
