The work package we prepare
One customer-defined roofing package built from controlled project sources. The public starting point is metal sheet roofing; the paid plan follows the documented roof system, materials, locations and interfaces, with criteria and responsibilities referenced to supplied sources.
The public baseline does not define tile/slate, membrane or other roofing-system criteria. We can scope those systems from their controlling project documents. We do not design, install, test, inspect or certify the roof; structural, access and drainage design remain with assigned professionals.
Documents that make the plan specific
Upload the files as they are. You do not need to extract clauses or rewrite them into a brief. Include the mandatory contractor form if you have one.
- Roof plans, sections and details
- Identify roof zones, falls as designed, supports, penetrations, edges, interfaces, drawing revisions and approved changes.
- Approved roofing product/system documents
- Provide sheet profiles, fastener and flashing details, manufacturer instructions, finish requirements and approved product substitutions.
- Receiving support and interface records
- Include support/structure release, trade interfaces, weathering details and responsibility for penetrations and drainage connections.
- Contractor form and closeout requirements
- Supply required inspection format, roles, notices, defect process, protection and handover/as-built evidence.
How requirements become checks and records
The sequence below explains the document workflow. It contains no engineering thresholds or completed inspection results.

What you receive
- A scoped Roofing ITP with inspection steps, methods, project criteria and source references, timing/frequency where supplied, responsibilities and the project control-point legend.
- Matching blank field records for the agreed checks, including actual observation, evidence, issue, recheck and sign-off fields.
- Excel, Word and PDF, with document control and specific open confirmations. Actual measurements, test results and signatures remain blank.
- Your supplied contractor form used where its format is required, with its required structure retained. Source documents and paid standards are not redistributed as part of the package.
If the documents are incomplete or conflict
For example, a roof plan may identify zones while approved fixing details or penetration responsibilities are absent. We record the gap without inventing fastener spacing, weather limits, drainage capacity or acceptance criteria.
Project document precedence and approved revisions control the plan. Drafting does not confer engineering approval, certify compliance or guarantee contractor acceptance.
